Ok, this what I do regularly.
First, I eat dinner early in the evening around 7:00p.m. Since I've been watching my weight, no carbs are allowed in my diet.
After dinner, I like to go to the park and walk my dog named Taquito. Taquito and I walk around for one hour. Well, I'm the one who walks the complete hour. I mean, Taquito is an old dog. After 35 minutes or so, he feels exhausted and he wants to rest. We stop often for the same reason. Sometimes I even have to return home carrying him in my arms, poor taquito, but he loves to go outside.
Once I came home I take my PJs out from the closet, take a quick shower and brush my teeth. Lastly, before going to bed, I like sitting at my desk one last time to do my schedule for the next day, and in the meantime listening soft music.
