In Taiwan, It is 10USD generally but here are a kind of hair cut shop for speed only 3 USD.

To be honesty, I dont see any different. So I only spend 3 USD.

In Iran I pay almost 5 USD

In Guilin, China, I usually spend 10-20yuan(about 2 dollars) for my haircut.

It really depends if you go to a small barber shop in your neighbourhood or if you go a fancy saloon with professionals and etc.

I pay 6 dollars, but I know some people who'd pay 30 dollars for a man haircut which I think, that in my country, is an absurd :D
