この前私は英語を勉強する時、なかなか話せなかった, 一日までアメリカ人の先生AJHOGEという話すが聞こえられるって、その後AJHOGE先生の方法を応用してずっと１－２年ぐらいある日私が突然英語で口を出します。その時か自然で英語が話せる。

その方法は時間がかかりますが自然が話せると思う！

Duyさんの日本語はとても上手です。それで１年しか勉強していないとは、驚きです。
私は、英語を勉強し始めてから、かなり長い年月が経っていますが、それでもまだまだ自分の言いたいことを的確に表現できるには至っていません。

本格的に勉強を始めたころ、とても英語の上手な日本人の友達に、どうやったら英語がもっと上手になれるかと聞いたら、こんな答えが返って来ました。
「さらっと読めるような本を声を出して読んでみたら？
知らない単語があっても、気にせず読むこと。大事な言葉なら、何度か出てくれば意味がなんとなくわかるはずだから。」
これを実践することで、英語のリズムみたいなものが少しつかめるようになったし、英会話の練習の前に音読すると、スムーズに口を動かすことできるようになりました。

ところで、ディスカッションのタイトルは、こう書くともっと自然になりますよ。

It's amazing that you've learnt Japanese only for one year!
Although a lot of years had passed since I started learning English, my English hasn't been good enough to be able to express my ideas to the point.

When I started learing English in earnest, I asked one of my friends, who was a fluent English speaker, for advice how I can better my English.
Her advice was this:
"Why don't you read aloud fast reading books?
When you encounter any unknown words, just skip them.
If they are key words, you evenctually will get to know the meanings anyway."
By doing this, I've got a grasp of the rhythm of English sentences.
Also reciting books in advance of practicing English conversations could help my mouth move more smoothly.

By the way, your discussion's title would sound more natural if you write like this:
What is the best way to learn foreign languages?

たくさん友達を作って、たくさん話して、たくさん聞いて、たくさん読んで、たくさん書く。

The more friends you make and the more often you talk, listen,read and write, the better your Japanese skills will get.
