I've recently signed up to this site and already I have been messaging and getting into discussions with many fellow language learners. The issue I am struggling to overcome currently is finding Cantonese language partners (and even Cantonese teachers) available when I am free.
Generally I can be available during the below times:
- Monday-Thursday 18:00 - 23:00 (London GMT)
- Sunday 18:00 - 23:00 (London GMT)
Does anyone else face this type of issue? I will aim to be as flexible as possible and look to work around this somehow but for now I am will continue with Pimsleur Cantonese audio lessons and youtube videos.
If anyone has any advice or workaround hear I would be very grateful. Alternatively if you are a Cantonese language partner or teacher and can meet the above time slots, talk to me :)

When I was living in the UK I found it tricky too.
I wasn't sure if you were looking for teachers or language partners. There are one or two italki teachers for Cantonese that live in the USA and one in Europe so their times are slightly different from the other HK/China based teachers. I used to do my classes early on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Maybe try to find some language exchange partners if you can't find a teachers time that suits, but if they're in HK or China they'd have to be early birds - but there are a few in the UK that I've found from searching.

James you are right mate. I'm based in cardiff but the same rule applies, need to get out there and try and chat to who I can.
