Isn't she a bit young to study abroad if she is younger than 18 ?? At that age I would not have wanted to leave my parents for long. 

This school has language summer school for juniors, just a few weeks. That might be better if you are so young, I would have thought. http://www.ceran.com/en/ju-languages ;

My concern is if she has responsible guard parents overseas and if she has a good plan in studying abroad. It can affect the final result for this girl to study overseas.
