If you have a cable provider, you might want to check if you have HBO, Cinemax or Star Movies. These channels offer films from the US, and elsewhere, like the U.K. or Australia. You'll be able to expose yourself to different accents of English. You may also encounter Foreign films once in a while. this is also a good practice because you will be forced to read the subtitles in English. This will practice your reading skills as well.
