Hi all,

I love using iTalki but now I am concerned.  I am having trouble with Skype.  I have a new computer and made a new account and for some reason am having trouble. I am able to contact people and exchange written messages, and see missed calls, but the actual call doesn't seem to get placed (or we don't hear it) and we can't video or audio communicate.  Ideas???   

(Should I ask my teacher's to use something like FaceTime, or does someone have help for me.  I searched for help online.  I got advice to download an older version, but when I did that, I get a message from my computer that I don't have the available application to open it.)
