Northern or Southern Dialects - Giọng Miền Bắc hay Giọng Miền Nam You might know that there are two main accent in Vietnam : Northerner Accent (Ha Noi) and Southern Accent (Ho Chi Minh City). Of course my Southerners definitely can understand Northern dialect, and vice versa. Just like British and Americans. But just a curiosity, here are some question for you?
