I just tried it out. It seems that it also "corrects" the spelling. I tried my mother tongue - German - and said a few words (which are hard to pronounce for people whose mother tongue is not German) incorrectly and it still wrote it correctly - e.g. I said grIn (green) instead of grÜn, bOse instead of bÖse.

The same happened in my target language (Serbian). It did not matter if I pronounced the š,ž,č,ć hard or soft, it wrote the correct word.

I don`t know if you have tried this experiment with English yet.

But, I still think it is a very useful tool.
