I'll think about it tomorrow...
That is a famous saying of Scarlett, from "Gone with the Wind". And I feel in these words some kind of "block" for too much stress. In situations when it is too much for your brain or heart.
What do you think about it? Do you say these words to yourself too?
What do you usually say to encourage yourself to overcome some stressful situations in life, like an examine or something else...

"I wish I could find a place to run away from myself!"
Yeah! That's what I often tell myself. But unfortunately, there is not such a place. Tension increases over time, I suppose! It's been a long time I'm afraid of tomorrow.
P.S: Sarah, I just want to thank you for your discussions that bring some comforting vibes on here. I'm sick and tired of quarrels. You're absolutely a nice contributor. Plus, I like your new avatar. Kindness is clearly seen in your face. :) And, no, I'm not flattering! My tongue honestly talks on behalf of my heart. I appreciate the presence of some italkers, and you alongside Sepideh are two of them.

Procrastination is absolutely awful and I do feel that we are living in a time when it is sooooo easy to do something else other than study or whatever it is you need to do. Think about internet, cell phones, social media, and so many other things always calling out " HELLO, WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU RELAX." and at the same time your brain is saying " I don't really want to work right now."

That is a really good question. We are moved unconsciously by the Law of least effort. WE are genneticly programed not to spend energy or to think twice before you do. Well, this is out instinct, but we're not moved only by intsinct. Humans go beyond that, they got the skill of thought fomation, free will in their actions. Sometimes your instinct tells you to retain energy, sometimes your willings tells you to go on doing that task. I can tell you with some property cause right now I had to be studying for my MBA tests, and I'm not doing it. I'm saving it for later because te endline is on the next Thursday, and my mind tells me: Hey, go doing somenthing else, there is enough time to do this tomorrow. I can'n help it.
