We usually end it with one more "'Živeooooo!" after Katarina's verses if the song is sung for a boy or "Živelaaaa!" if it's for a girl.
That was all when I was a kid and it's usually sung only that part, but I've heard one more stanza that usually isn't sung. However, I'll just write it if that's what you are looking for:
"Da nam dugo živiš ti, živiš ti, živiš ti.
To ti žele drugovi, drugovi, drugovi."
If this part is sung then again is repeated...
"Živeo, živeo i srećan nam bio.
Živeo, živeo i srećan nam bio.
Živeooooo!"
