If you mean :

then likely someone else does.

I believe you’re referring to 圍棋 (simplified 围棋). According to my students from China, the game is well-known there (where it originated over 2000 years ago), so you might be better off trying the Chinese forum. I believe the game is also popular in other East Asian countries, such as Japan and Korea. (Posting questions on “culture” is allowed.)
