"There is/are" or "There would be"? Thank you! I am writing an essay about my dream house. There's one part of describing how the house looks and the equipment inside, should I use "There is/are" or "There would be". 
For example: "There are 5 rooms in my house" or "There would be 5 rooms in my house."?
