Good pronunciation requires accurate listening (accurately recognizing the sounds of a language) and accurate speaking (putting the lips, tongue, and jaw into the correct position for each sound).  Teaching pronunciation is a speciality.  My experience as a pronunciation teacher is that five hours of pronunciation lessons makes a dramatic difference in a student's pronunciation.   

There are 3000 English teachers and tutors on italki.  When I used "Find a Teacher" on the italki website using "pronunciation" as a skill, I got about 700 teachers and tutors.  When I searched using "phonology" (a specialized area related to pronunciation), I got about 15 teachers and tutors.
