I thought I solved my problem, but it is happening again. I now have international and Latin American keyboard software available through Windows, in addition to the CapsLock program. I can type anything I want on any of the sites I use, but I have to switch between programs depending on the site. Ideally I would just use CapsLock on all sites. Still open to help.
