I try to study 30 minutes per day, for instance by writing a text but on some days I don’t even manage to do that. Sometimes I record myself. The other day I made a 20 minute video of me speaking in Spanish. Sometimes I read newspaper articles in my target language or chat with friends. Or I listen to podcasts while I clean or cook.

I don’t count, but all of my text messages are in English, which is not my native language. I also try to read for at least 1 hour a day
