What are you afraid of?

Each person has their own fears. Some are claustrophobic , some are afraid of insects and some are anxious in front of a crowd. Having a fear or fears is normal as we are human beings who is constantly learning about ourselves and the world we live in.

If you know you fears, the better you can handle your reaction to the stimulus. Some people have fears that

is caused by relationships or past experiences and one of them is the fear of intimacy. Whatever fear you have

, it is good to know that your fear like anything in this world is not permanent. I am afraid of heights and knife edge mountains , cliffs and high altitude but instead of dwelling on my fears I learned how to face them.

I have Astraphobia- the fear of thunder and lightning, I would scream every time I would hear lightning

Maybe it seems weird but I am afraid of existence in the next life after my life will be over. I don't like childhood and troubles which are related to this transition period. Not because it was harsh though my childhood was exactly that period when I wasn't able to resist circumstances. I wasn't allowed to follow my own preferences and it wore me down.

I like self-reliance and independence, I don't want to live again but some people would rather live after their deads.
