I want to record my voice using a free voice recorder app.

I have always used vocaroo.com but it no longer allows us to save the recording to an mp3 or to save it on their website and accessing the recording on their server by entering a URL (or a file name).

I don't know why, but vocaroo.com no longer works on my PC.

I also used to use Soundcloud but it no longer allows us to save the file on their server.

I need a free vocie recorder that will allow me to record and save the file to their server so I can provide the link and anyone can listen to the recording by pasting the link into their browser.

I'm running Windows 7

Any suggestions?
