Hi, Jenny. The italki classroom is a communication tool that you can access via the website or mobile app on the lesson page. You can add other preferred communication tools by editing your profile, e.g., skype, WeChat, google hangouts, etc. Once added, you will be able to select your preferred communication tool when you book a lesson, assuming that this is also a tool that your tutor or teacher uses. If that's not an option, I'd suggest simply messaging your tutor to ask if they would be willing to use your preferred communication tool to teach before booking. Most of them are pretty accommodating. Hope this helps!
