reading , listening , chating and speaking that's the point to improve languages

There are 4 skills help you to learn English Language:

1- Listening: the most important one, because you speak with what you listened to, so you need to listen more and more.

2- reading: read alot of English Language articles.

3- writing: write what you listened and what you read.

4- speaking: try to speak and speak because it conclude the learned above skills.

I think that the way to  improve your English is the same way that a person uses to improve any language:

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.

If you want to speak it well, speak it regularly.

If you want to read it well, read it regularly.

If you want to write it well, write it regularly.

If you want to understand it well, listen to it regularly.

In the 1990's, I had occasion to speak and listen to Spanish on a regular basis.  It really helped me a lot!

Involve yourself to many English materials that will help you to familiarize structures of grammar, at the same time it enriches your vocabulary; reading aloud will also be a good help to improve your pronunciation skills, listening to English songs while doing activities will also help you to improve a specific skill that you want to enhance. Keep yourself  motivated to learn English language good luck!
