this is the franco arab type of arabic writing it was founded by the arabian youth in the begining of the 2000's during the early internet era in arabian countries. so instead in typing arabic letters they used the same pronounced letters in english and added numbers for the letters arent available in english alphabet like ح = 7 خ= 5
