What is a good Aribic radio station that a teenager would enjoy while he is learning Arabic?
What about a good Russian station?

About Russian station:
If you're interested in politics and social issues, you can try "Эхо Москвы". But it's definitely not for beginners, and I doubt that it can benefit you. I think, radio is not the best method to start with. There is a TV channel for children (and youth I guess) 'Карусель'. Maybe you can try this one.
