Who moved my cheese

i quote this from the glorious book "Who moved my cheese":

"Do what you would do if you weren't afraid !"

what do you think of this ?? Should we turn a blind eye to our Fear or do we need to be sensible and hang on to our comfort zones ? .

That's a nice book.

I guess we need to balance things, and the fear is necessary to do it as well as the capacity to confront situations. The fear can show us a limit, but the excess of fear can limit us too much.

Really interesting book. I highly recommend it to everyone. Leave your comfort zone, struggle with your fears! Otherwise, someone will move your "cheese", and you will stay hungry for long.

But how could we know if change is going to help us , what if things get worse with the change ??

Hopefully, I'm not Hem. But still, it's not easy to change yourself, your environment, your habits... But I agree, moving out from your comfort zone makes you feel freedom and see a lot of new opportunities.

That is what I am facing when I think of possibly moving to another country.  I would love to experience living in another country but I am fearful of leaving what I know.  But - how will I have those new experiences if I don't leave my comfort zone?  I think it is brave to go to school or work in another country especially one that speaks a different language.
