Hello all guys, I am a native Chinese speaker, live in Taiwan, and I desperatley want to improve my English speaking more fluent. So, I hope that I can find a guy who is a native English speaker really wants to learn more Chinese. I also can teach you Taiwanese if you want. This is my thoughts we can use skype for 1/hr twice a week (half an hour in Chinese and the other in English). Just like chat with you friends. My goals is I can use English to express my thoughts clearly.
