Watch interesting videos on YouTube of people speaking English. Learning doesn't have to be boring. Watch TV shows, listen to music, watch movies, etc. in English. You can find all these things online for free. 

For more structured learning, you can use free website such as Duolingo, LingQ, and Busuu to expand your basic skills.
