비둘기: (natural) dove. 

최근 도시에서 비만(fat) 비둘기가 많이 보입니다. 

이런 비둘기를 닭둘기라고 말하기도 합니다. (닭: chicken + 비둘기: dove)

There are not the sign.

I had never heard that the act is ilegal. 

But I think we don't peed rat of wings. 

Although pigeons are cute, The act are dangerous to people. 

In parks, there are signs that say "Don't feed the pigeons" because some people also think pigeons are cute.

한국사람들은 닭둘기들  (날개 달린 쥐들) 밥 매겨줘요 ?

"rats with wings" is appropriate.

well, we can tell "날개 달린 쥐" in Korean.

In the US, we call 닭둘기 "rats with wings" because they carry germs and their pigeon poop is a public health hazard.
