Pet peeve: something that a particular person finds specially annoying.
Whats your pet peeve(s)? I particularly can't stand when people write "your" but really mean "you're" and people who dont use their blinkers when driving.
I don't like it when someone wants to open a conversation while eating ;) I just like to eat quietly!
That's a great question! One of my pet peeves is men on italki who write to ask if I want to do a language exchange even though I wrote in my quick introduction "WOMEN ONLY".
Which bit of those two words didn't they understand????
I can't stand it when people are rude for no reason, and also when people spit in public. That is just nasty.
Huge pet peeve of mine: "I'm sorry if ....."
That's not an apology but the opposite.
Just say "I'm sorry that ..."
Of course i meant "what's" haha XD
