How long have you been studying English? It takes time to think in the language. You should do what Janos said.

Practice saying things, but without using your mouth.

For example. Stand outside one night and look into the sky and say" The stars in the sky look so beautiful tonight," all without actually saying it, just say it with your mind.

i think listening to music thats in english would be a great help:)

Totally Immersion is the only way to start thinking in the language you're learning. That's my tought.
