Birthright Armenia has a free Eastern Armenian language tutorial online.  Pimsleur has CDs for both Eastern and Western Armenian.  You can check these at libraries in the U.S.  These will help you with speaking a bit.  Some libraries in the U.S. have Mango Language accounts and Armenian is one of the languages offered on Mango.  BYKI.com's Byki Express for Armenian is free, but it only covers a very limited vocabulary.  

The best way to learn when you are a begginer is through trainings together with a teacher.
