Particle in Korean is important or not?

Hello~

I'm started learning Korean 4 months ago. Now I can read and writing in hangeul. But sometimes, I'm really confused with particle. Because many particle I'm not understand when to use. I want to ask to Korean or people can write and speak Korean fluently.

Particle in Korean is important or not?

What's happened if make a sentence and then put a wrong particle it's still same meaning?

Thank you before^^

Using the incorrect particle can change the meaning of a sentence, yes.

저는 사과를 먹어요. I eat apples.

저를 사과는 먹어요. Apples eat me.

Particles are very important in Korean!

Most particles have a very direct and translatable meaning. Only a few - ones that designate the role of a word in a sentence as opposed to having a specific menaing - are acceptably regularly omitted (은/는, 이/가, 을/를). These omissions are done only in casual/colloquial speech and writing.

을/를 is a very easy particle.

은/는 & 이/가 are usually a problem and source of confusion for learners. Don't stress! It's not a big deal. You'll get a feel for what's right by reading, listening, speaking and writing with corrections, and practice.

The other particles are all fairly simple too because they have a specific meaning.
