Fellow students (Beginners) you can't "really" figure out

how to pronounce and distinguish non- and stressed Consonants out?
There are a thousand of tutorials many students encounter. 
(and even native Korean teachers fail at teaching) 
Are we totally lost now? Bless god, no.
