It’s sunny today. In science class, we studied about plants. I found two concepts particularly important: transpiration and respiration. In my own words, plants "sweat" and "eat"or "digest." They have stomata to release excess water when they’ve absorbed too much, helping to maintain their balance. The mitochondria play a key role in respiration, taking in energy from the sugar that chloroplasts produce in the leaves. I’m starting to wonder that plants are an opposite life form of animals. They don’t move around, they make their own food, they inhale carbon dioxide, and exhale oxygen — it’s as if they’re doing everything inversely.

Very interesting!

that chloroplasts produce in the leaves. I’m starting to wonder whether plants are a completely opposite life form to animals. They don’t move around, they make their own
food, they inhale carbon dioxide, and exhale oxygen — it’s as if they’re doing
everything inversely.
A good point!
