Can students nowadays learn more information quickly? Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? With the help of technology, students nowadays can learn more information and learn it more quickly. I don't agree that students can learn knowledge more quickly these days. They certainly can get more information. However, I think that they spend more time to study. There are two reasons. First, the more information there is, the more time students take to choose information. Second, there are too many things to learn because of the development of technology. Nowadays, students can get much information. The one factor is the Internet. They can get a lot of useful information through the Internet. However, there are much useless and wrong information on the Internet. Therefore students should get rid of unwanted information. The process takes long time because they should read books and essays to know whether the information is true or fales. Students can gain more knowledge. However, that results to increase time for study because they should choose the right information. All of academic fields have been developed for many years. One of the reasons is progress of technology. Because of it, scientists can do new experiments and researcher of economics can analize date with new method. New essays and books have been published day by day. Therefore, there are more things to learn than those days. As information that students should study has increased, they should have spent more time to study. Students can study more methods and ideas these days. However, they should take more time for study thanks to it. In short, students can get more information these days. On the other hand, they can't learn things so easily because there are too much information that includes useless information and too many things to learn. This topic is from my TOEFL workbook.
