well you're so good there's a few mistakes:

the first one: هو أصلع well that's not common in Arabic, you have to say يكون أصلع if you want to speake about him, and to say هو الأصلع if you want to point him to someone from far, if you want you can say  جدي أصلع  and that's easier.

the second one : هناك  you have to say هنالك.

the third one: زيتون , well you have to say زيتونات because it's a plural 

well زيتون is a plural to but it's not a plural when you use numbers 

so when you use numbers you should write زيتونات
