Say "ako si" or "ako po si" followed by your name to introduce yourself.
To say "and" in Filipino,say "at"
Casual
Ako si ______{your name}
Kumusta? Ako at si________{your and your friend's names} ay 
mabuti naman.

Respectful
Ako po si_______{your name}
Kumusta po? Ako po  ________at________{your and your friend's names).
ay mabuti naman.

you have to put a question mark at the end of Kumusta po? because you are asking the person how is he doing.
