I want to translate the famous quote from 2001: A Space Odyssey "it is full of stars".

Direct translation: Es ist voll von Sternen. I can't remember how they actually translated it in the movie.

"it is full of stars"

"Es ist voll mit Sternen." would be a very direct translation of that... it is understandable but isn't very pretty so. A better way saying it is maby:

"Oh mein Gott, es ist voller Sterne"

"Oh mein Gott, hier gibt es unzählige Sterne"

But maby just watch the German translation of the film ;)
