Working from house Nowadays employers are offering their employees the option to telecommute, that is, to carry out their work from home via the Internet as opposed of working in the office. I think, employers have started this option for many reasons: because for their employees some times it's hard to move from their house to their work, may be because the traffic, and sometimes their employees arrive at work very tired, or arrive too late, and they get stress and doing their work with a bad character. So to the employers it's too bad because for them it's not convenient that their employess works in this conditions because the results are not good and that affect to the company. The option is much better for employees, they dont' have to move and that is so confortable for them and other good thing about this option is that they won't spend money in gas or in paying the buss. On the other hand, it's good for employers because they wouldn't pay many service that are necessary to their employees work in good conditions, for example: light, water, potable water, office rent, and many things. It would be savings in money for the employers. This option is much better for both, employer and employees.

Employers are offering their employees an option to telecommute, that is; to work from home via the Internet, as opposed to working in the office.

Employers offer this option for many reasons, such as eliminating a time-consuming commute in heavy traffic; improving employee morale; decreasing late office-arrivals, and decreasing employee stress. Employers have realized that improving employee morale increases productivity. This benefits both the employees, and the company as a whole.

This option is better for employees, because they do not have to travel, they work in comfort, and they can save the money previously spent on gas or bus fare. It's good for employers also, because they save company overhead costs such as: electricity, water, and other costs. Tele-commuting is better for both employers and employees.

Arce, note the excessive adjectives removed and changes in puncuation. If I were submitting this for grading I would organize the subject matter into: one paragraph dealing with employees only; one paragraph dealing with employers, an Introduction, and a Closing. Consider researching the opposing views in this argument: Why do many employers NOT offer the tele-commute option?
