I wanna study abroad but I dont know what I have to do to for this.

Ah maybe, I will choose studying in Europe.
I am a chinese and I want to know if any of the foreigners are racists.
I also dont know how should I prepare myself for going there.Could you suggest me some dos or don'ts?
