Reducing Clashes between Police and Black Youths That is a commom problem, no only in US, but it happens in all parts of the word. Here in Brazil is normal problem whith reacil prejudice and police. I think the fact of the President of US be a black man no help in this case, frustrated the expectative when he was elected. Here in Brazil normal there's a regular problem whith with reacil racial prejudice and police.
