I didn't know there were so many ways to prepare kale.
I already knew that kale has many benefits.
It must be really difficult for mothers make their kids eat kale. (This sounds better: It must be really difficult for mothers to get their kids to eat kale)
I wonder what can be done to make kale more popular.
What surprised me was the amount of nutrients that it has.
It's hard to believe that it is so healthy.
It's a shame that not many people eat it.
