I want my salary  to be raised.

I have a oppotunity to get a raise in my salary on  October 31.
I am confident, because I have done my work efficientlyand quickly.
I always finish my work by the deadline and help other people.
There is no reason to be looked down. (?)
I think the only issue is my boss is tight-fisted.
Probably she will find many reasons not to raise my salary.
How do I fight with her ? I would like to hear your opinions.

I don't think fighting with her is a good option.It might be better to try and have a quiet talk with her privately and point out why you think you are a good worker and deserve to get a raise.Then you might be able to convince her.

You have very good english skills, you just need to work on making it flow better.

"I have AN oppotunity for my pay to be raised on Octover 31."

"AN", comes before any word starting with a vowel (A,E,I,O,U) 

EG:

An apartment

An Orange 

An Eagle 

An Umbrella

An Insect

Only use "AN" when the next word starts with a vowel - anyother time it does not work. 

EG:

A cat

A dog

A person

A lemon

etc...
