Each day is different

Hello ,I have was just looking at on the internet to know how do we to translate the idioms " les jours se suivent et ne se ressemblent pas." , the translation is " Days come and go, each day is different." you are going to tell ask me why I wanted to know this idiom ,the reason is that this morning 'I went to go mountain biking and the weather was cloudy but not cold , about ten degrees, nothing to see with yesterday (not sure on this meaning, perhaps: "Not the same as yesterday" or "It didn't look like yesterday at all") ,I'm happy cos it was a very good day

thank-you for any corrections
Didier
