What I learned today

I had an oral english class this morning. Our teacher taught us about the culture about of western food and its manners.
It have has five dishes including which include: appetizers, the main course, side dishes, desserts and some drinks.
I'm a china college residential Chinese international college student so I really want to have miss having stir-fried eggs with soy made by my mom. ~\(≧▽≦)/~
I'm missing.
