In a dilemma

I went to Singapore for sightseeing in August - Singapore is a beautiful city. The people of Singapore is are nice,They are polite, and kind and helpful. Most of them can speak English and Chinese, but also a few people only speak English. I went to afast food restaurant, where the waiter is can't could not speak Chinese. I felt stupid, because I didn't know how to order in English. So I want to stady English, then maybe I will tell him "I'd like to a take-away hotdog to go!" (your 'to go' is fine, just making sure you know it means 'take-away') next time!

In a dilemma

I went to Singapore for sightseeing in August, (use period instead of comma) Singapore is a beautiful city. The people of Singapore is (replace is with are - because your subject is "people")nice,They are polite and (replace with comma - only use the word "and" before the end of your sentence) kind and helpful. Most of them can speak English and Chinese ,but also a few people only speak English. (use "but only a few" instead) I went to a fast food restaurant, but the waiter is can't speak Chinese , (replace comma with period) I feel stupid, (no need for comma here) because I doesn't (don't) know how to order in English. So I want to stady(study) English(remove the comma here) maybe so( you can use "so" instead of "maybe") that next time I can will tell him, (add comma here)"I'd like to a hotdog to go!", (add comma and "please") next time! (move "next time" beside "so")

Here is the edited and correct version:

Most of them can speak English and Chinese, but only a few people speak English. I went to a fast food restaurant but the waiter can't speak Chinese. I feel stupid because I don't know how to order in English. I want to study English so that next time I can tell him, "I'd like a hotdog to go please!".
