Plum blossoms

Plum trees have begun to blossom in this cold weather.
Many Japanese are crazy about cherry blooms blossoms, but I prefer plum blossoms more.
They are noble (not sure if this is the word you were looking for)* and smell good.
I admire them.

*Noble usually describes people, and means "having or showing fine personal qualities or high moral principles and ideals."
