Is this kind of word order using "不“ and ”frequency“ interchangeable？
我不常常
我常常不
我不平常去电影院。
我平常不去那个地方。
Does it matter which order?

Is this kind of word order using "不“ and ”frequency“ interchangeable？
我不常常 不常常=不经常 for example:我不想常常有“惊喜” or 我不常常联系朋友
我常常不 我常常不快乐 or 我常常想起你
我不平常去电影院。 我不常去电影院
我平常不去那个地方。
Does it matter which order?

frequency do: 常常做
not frequency do: 不经常做
you can use 经常 instead. and don't take the order so seriously
