私はジャークです。アメリカ出身です。去年日本へ　働きに　行き来ました。今　歯医者をしています。毎日　患者のために(for patient)虫歯を抜ぎきます。私が彼らの歯を治療してするので、ここの人は　私が　好きです。でも子供は　私が嫌いです。歯磨きを怠って、子供は虫歯なります。子供は　毎食後歯を磨かなければなれません。　歯をきちんと手入れしていれば虫歯にはならない。

I'm Jack. I'm an American. Last year I came to Japan for work. Now, I'm working as a dentist here. Everyday, I pulled decayed teeth for patient. People here like me because I treat their teeth well. However, the kids hate me, because I make them suffer from the pain. (I do not know how to say this phrase "because I make them suffer from the pain" in Japanese.) Kids usually neglect to brush teeth so they have bad teeth. They should brush teeth after meals. If we care for our teeth we won't have cavities.
