Romaji: Motto yukkuri hanashite kudasai.
I would say: もう すこし ゆっくりcはなして ください。(Mou sukoshi yukkuri hanashite kudasai. = Please speak a bit more slowly.)

English: Can you say that again?
Hiragana: もう いちど いって もらえますか。
Romaji: Mou ichido itte morae masunka
*You can also say: もう いちど いって ください。(Mou ichido itte kudasai. = Please say that again.) / もう いちど おねがいします。(Mou ichido onegai shimasu. = One more time, please.) I think they are easier for you. (I wrote the literal translations.)

Hiragana: (にほんご で) _____ は なんと いいますか / なんて いいますか。
