El español es difícil pero interesante

Hola!

A veces el español es difícil de pronunciar (= A veces pronunciar el español es difícil) pero me gusta español mucho.

(Nadine from Argentina explained it well :), we omit "español", because it's obvious. If you repeat it, you will sound like a 5 years old child who doesn't speak propperly yet hehe)

Español es muy rápido. Yo quiero hablarLO español rápido :)  

(again, not to repeat it, but this time it's not posible to simply omit it, you need to replace it with the pronoun "lo". That's what "lo" is used for, by the way :).

Tú sabeS de (= Tú conoces) algún bueno libro en español?

("algún" (in a question) = any

different from 

"uno" = one

In English it's the same: Do you know ANY book? And not "Do you know one book?

"Buen" is the shortened form of "bueno" that's used right before a masculine singular noun: "un buen libro" (a good book) but "este libro es bueno" (this book is good).
