Ageing Society Today, I would like to write an essay about the ageing society. One of the biggest problem nowadays is the ageing society. In Europe, older people are living longer and fewer children are born every year. In my opinion the background of the ageing society is that we live faster life and we care about our carrier instead of our family life. Then we realize that life goes on and we are alone. What is more, people who want family usually think that one child is enough. Every parents want to give all the necessary thing for their child. I know it’s a hard project. So, I understand their decision. On the other hand, we have to face the fact that if this tendency continous, it will be a big problem later. First come to my mind that one of the possible outcome of this phenomenon is that the pensions are terminated. There will be not enough children of the new generation. Everybody knows that the pensioners are paid by the generation before them. I think there will be less employed people. It will be cause a discrease of the economy in long run. The ideal model of society-age when every parents have two or three children. If more children are born, the ageing society will be disappear. In my opinion, it will be the best way, but it’s hard to achieve. We can’t control people and we can’t control people’s lifespan. Lot of people say that pensioners are not usuful members of the society. I think that an old person is able to live a full and valuable life. They had been done everything for their economy when they were in active life. Now, the future in the next generation’s hand.
